We do not only pioneer internationally at the Healthcare Innovation Hub, we also play a key role in The Hague Zuidwest. We connect people locally – be they residents, entrepreneurs or welfare organisations – with regional and national partners. This unique combination not only enables coming up with ideas about innovations, but also to test them locally and scale them up. This brings direct advantages to the region. By connecting the Hub to the neighbourhood, an ecosystem grows in which residents feel heard, entrepreneurs get opportunities, and everyone works together on a better future.

Moving forward on 7 themes

The Healthcare Innovation Hub’s programme consists of six subjects and one organisational consideration, each of which has their own particular set of activities. A number of partners are involved in each theme. The themes are closely interconnected. We are thus creating a well-functioning ecosystem ranging from needs to solutions and implementation.
